Gary Harlam is the President and Owner of Technology Advisory Group (TAG), a premier Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Warwick, Rhode Island.

A graduate of Bryant University, Gary founded TAG in 1996 with a mission to bring enterprise-level technology to New England’s small businesses. Over the last 25+ years, he has grown the firm into one of Rhode Island’s most respected IT partners, consistently earning “Best Place to Work” honors from Providence Business News. Gary is a vocal advocate for ethical business practices in the IT industry, best known for his “No Handcuffs” service model.
